APPLICATION PROCESS - annual September intake

We welcome applications for our September intake from the previous September onwards. 
Closing date is usually around mid-January (although assessment days will be held before this date so early applications are encouraged).

Management Programme:

If you have submitted a completed application form and you are successful, you will be contacted to arrange a telephone interview, which will be based on the competencies section of the application form. The next stage of the process for successful candidates will be an Assessment day at our Watford offices where you will take part in a variety of exercises during the course of the day. The final part of the selection process is a second interview with a Director or Senior Manager before we make our final decision.

Refinery Programme:

If you have submitted a completed application form for the 2007 intake and you are successful, you will be contacted to arrange a technical assessment. The next stage of the process for successful candidates will be an Assessment day at one of our UK Refineries where you will take part in a variety of exercises during the course of the day. The final part of the selection process is a second interview with a Director or Senior Manager before we make our final decision.

Please note the entire application process will be conducted in English and your application form should also be completed in English.
