Duration: 3-4 years depending on discipline
• Highly practical programme, Initial induction and orientation process, Rotational placements within the Company, Regular performance feedback, Regular appraisal and career development reviews, Personal and career development portfolio, Regular reviews with director, Participation in international training, Networking opportunities, Educational Assistance Programme, Support for achieving Chartered status where applicable, Computer based learning opportunities, Self study, Personal development, Career development support, Insight into sub-contractual relationships, Health, Safety and Environment training, Leadership and management development, Buddy, French language training if required.
Training Policy
It is the policy of the Training Department, in liaison with the relevant job specialists to develop the knowledge, skills and understanding of all the Company's employees to achieve objectives. This will be achieved through a variety of methods enabling everyone to have access to learning at a level appropriate to the role and responsibility of their job.
